PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

I have extensive experience in leading large-scale corporate transitions and have built strong business relationships over many years. I work with my clients to harness culture and build competitive advantage through strategic focus, business connection and execution excellence. I have deep passion for organisation design and behavioural change management. I work with C-suite executives to navigate their challenges and help them better understand the impact of technological, social, and economic change. My work also involves helping business executives harness new capabilities such as leading through ambiguity, managing increasing complexity, being tech-savvy, managing changing customer and talent demographics, and handling organizational cultures. I have co-authored and published articles on Future of Work and Workforce Transformation. I hold an MBA from the University of South Africa and an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Cardiff University, UK. I also hold other engineering qualifications and have completed Management and Leadership programmes at the University of South Africa.
